Steve Dunnivant
- Steve Dunnivant
(Vietnam Veteran and Owner) is a Certified Energy Manager
and Senior Project Manager for EMP2, Inc. He serves as a
Project Manager, Lead Commissioning Consultant and
Measurement & Verification Specialist to the Federal Energy
Management Program (FEMP) and for work performed for NW
Utilities. Steve has contributed to the FEMP SuperESPC
program since 1997 and a Motor Drive Program
Consultant/Circuit Rider since 1999. Steve has co-authored
papers, presentations and guidelines on Project Management,
Commissioning, and Motor Management that are now used by
DOE-FEMP and the NW Energy Efficiency Alliance.
Erick Koehling
- Erick Koehling is
a Certified Energy Manager and provides Senior Project
Management support for EMP2’s Energy Management and
Pollution Prevention Company. He is a Project Facilitator
for the Federal Energy Management Program, a member of the
Measurement and Verification Development team and the
Commissioning Development Team and the Retro-Commissioning
Development advisory teams for the Department of Energy
Laboratories.
Le Tran
- Le Tran is an Electrical Engineer and a Certified Energy
Manager for EMP2, Inc. He conducts site visits at commercial
and industrial facilities for the purpose of identifying
energy savings opportunities under Pacific Power and Utah
Power’s FinAnswer Program. In addition, Le is also the
Motors Energy Efficiency Alliance Coordinator for Pacific
Power’s FinAnswer Express Motor Incentive Program. Le has
provided support to EMP2 for both the Electrical motor
management program, sponsored by the Northwest Energy
Efficiency Alliance, and FEMP’s SuperESPC. Le also provides
support for the Federal Bureau of Prison (FBOP) projects.
David Frank - David Frank is a
Mechanical Engineer, CEM and LEED Accredited Professional.
David is a field consultant for utility incentive programs
and lead simulation software engineer. Dave has worked
with Pacific Power's FinAnswer program, BPA's ConAug Program
and is the Alliance Coordinator for Pacific Power's
FinAnswer Express Incentive Program. Mr. Frank was an intern
for EMP2 one year before earning his Mechanical Engineering
Degree after which he began working for EMP2 as a full time
engineer. David also supports EMP2's Federal Bureau of
Prison projects and the FEMP Measurement and Verification
Programs.
